- Health, injury or fitness details you voluntarily provide for consultation and program design
Usage data. When you browse this site, limited technical data is collected automatically, such as browser type, IP address, device info, pages visited and time spent on site.

Injury and health details you share are used solely to design safe, appropriate training and rehabilitation programs. They are treated as confidential and are only discussed with you, unless you explicitly ask me to coordinate with another professional such as your doctor or physiotherapist.

Reasonable physical and digital safeguards protect your data against unauthorized access, disclosure or misuse. Data is stored on secure platforms and accessible only to authorized personnel. However, no online platform is 100% secure, and you acknowledge that transmitting data over the internet carries inherent risk.
