01Services overview

Personal Trainer Danang provides 1-on-1 and small-group fitness training (High Intensity Training methodology) and physical therapy coaching (Kinesiopathological Model) in Da Nang, Vietnam. All programs, consultations and sessions are designed for educational and general wellness purposes. They do not replace medical diagnosis, treatment or advice from a licensed healthcare provider.

02Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use these services. By booking or using this website you confirm that all personal information you provide is accurate and truthful.

03Health disclaimer

Before starting any training or rehabilitation program, you should consult your physician or a qualified healthcare professional. By participating you understand and agree that:

• Participation in any exercise program involves physical risk.
• You are voluntarily engaging in physical activity at your own discretion and risk.
• We are not liable for any injury, illness or medical condition resulting from misuse or misunderstanding of the provided content or services.

04Sessions, booking & cancellations

Coaching sessions run one hour unless otherwise agreed (injury evaluations may run longer depending on complexity). Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid loss of the session credit.

• If you miss sessions within a training block, the package is extended by another week so no session is lost.
• Training packages have no expiry date.
• The first trial session is free, except when booking specifically for an injury evaluation.

05Payment

All fees for private sessions, coaching packages and consultations are paid in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods: cash (VND or USD), international bank wire (SWIFT) and cryptocurrency (USDT, USDC).

• Gym membership costs are not included in coaching fees; clients arrange membership with their chosen gym.
• Group discounts apply per the published pricing. Travel fees apply for locations outside the affiliated gyms list, based on distance.

06Refunds & results guarantee

Refunds are available only on Training Block packages, subject to a 20% cancellation fee on the chosen package. Single sessions, injury evaluations and completed sessions are non-refundable, except where required by law.

Results guarantee: on 8-week packages, if there is no discernible change in your physique after following approximately 80% of the program as directed, you are entitled to a full refund.

07Results disclaimer

Beyond the specific guarantee above, we do not promise specific physical outcomes. Results depend on individual factors such as consistency, effort, lifestyle, nutrition and adherence to the training or recovery program.

08Intellectual property

All content on this site and in coaching materials, including videos, images, text, programs and branding, is the intellectual property of Personal Trainer Danang. You may not copy, distribute, modify or use any content for commercial purposes without written permission.

09Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Personal Trainer Danang and its affiliates are not responsible for:

• Any injuries, losses or damages resulting from use of this site or participation in training.
• Any indirect or consequential damages arising from service use or reliance on provided information.

10Privacy

Your personal information, including any health details you share for assessment, is handled according to our Privacy Policy, which explains how data is collected, stored and used.

11External links

This website may contain links to third-party websites (for example Google Maps, review platforms or payment providers). We are not responsible for the content or policies of those external sites.

12Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website or services after updates means you accept the revised terms.

13Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, without regard to conflict of law principles.
