- Missed sessions extend your package by another week until it is fully completed, with no expiry date.

How do I schedule an appointment?›

How do you accept payment?›
I accept the following payment methods:
Cash. Pay in cash (VND or USD) directly at the time of your session or appointment. Please prepare the exact amount when possible.
Card. Pay securely by debit or credit card. Card payments may include processing fees depending on the payment provider and card type.
Crypto. Pay using supported cryptocurrency networks. Please confirm the correct wallet address and network before sending payment. Processing fees may apply depending on the platform, wallet, exchange, or blockchain network used. The order or booking will be confirmed after the transaction is received.
QR Payment. Scan the provided QR code (VN or Wise) to complete your payment quickly through supported banking or payment apps. Please send a payment confirmation screenshot after transfer if required.
Invoice Link. Pay securely through the invoice link sent to you. The link may support card or other available online payment options. Your booking or order will be confirmed once the payment is completed.

What gym do you coach at?›
I work as a freelancer, so I am not tied to one gym. I coach at several affiliated gyms across the city, usually wherever you have a membership or wherever the facility allows external trainers. If you do not have a preferred gym, explore a few well-equipped, freelancer-friendly options on the affiliated gyms page.
Do you charge for the first appointment?›
No. You get a free trial session before making your decision, unless you are booking specifically for an injury evaluation.
Do you do online appointments?›
I can provide a consultation by video call to explain the services and process, but a hands-on session, especially for injury assessment, is essential to fully understand the underlying issues.

What is the procedure for injury rehabilitation?›
It starts with a full assessment to identify the root cause of pain. From there you receive a personalized plan with manual therapy if needed, corrective exercises, mobility work and progressive strength training. Each session builds toward restoring movement, reducing pain and preventing the injury from returning.
Do I need imaging (MRI or X-ray) before rehab?›
Not always. Many injuries can be accurately diagnosed through physical assessment. Imaging is only recommended if there are red flags, severe trauma or symptoms suggesting structural damage that needs medical evaluation.
Can I still train while injured?›
Yes, in most cases, with proper modification. Strengthening the right muscles often speeds recovery and prevents the issue from returning. You get a safe, structured plan to follow.
How long until I see improvement?›
Most clients feel noticeable progress within 1 to 3 sessions, depending on the condition.
