Pricing / Progress guarantee
Evolution and Peak blocks
Do your part, and if the numbers do not move, I keep coaching you for free, for up to 4 extra weeks.
Form first
Your form matters more than the numbers
How you lift decides whether you keep progressing for years or get hurt along the way. Good form lets me load you safely, week after week, and that is what builds results that last.
Fitness results are a matter of time. An injury sets you back months. That is why I add load only when your technique has earned it, and why this guarantee rewards doing the work properly.
Because the process works. An 8 or 12 week block with the sessions done and the meal plan followed produces change you can measure. If it does not, something in the plan needs fixing, and fixing it is my job.
The guarantee applies when all of these are true:
At your first block session, we record a baseline: body weight, progress photos, body measurements, your working weights on three main lifts, and a re-test of the main movement limit from your first screen. At about 80% of your block, we measure again under the same conditions. Progress means at least one of these:
| Measure | Counts as progress |
|---|---|
| Body | A discernible change in your body, seen in your progress photos and measurements |
| Body weight | Moved by 1.5% or more toward your goal |
| Main lifts | Working weights up by 5% or more |
| Movement | The main movement limit from your first screen measurably improved on re-test, for example squat depth, ankle range (knee-to-wall distance) or a lift done without its old fault on video |
We review the plan together and find what is not working. Then I add up to 4 weeks of sessions at your block's frequency, free, with a revised program and meal plan.

The same conditions are in the training contract you receive before you pay, so we both know exactly where we stand.
